What can I expect to DO?” \nWe believe that grounding ourselves in the felt sense of voice and body provides an untapped wealth of knowledge\, helping regulate our nervous system so we can show up authentically for ourselves and others. This PLAYshop series is truly for anyone who works closely with other humans:\n• Therapists • Helpers • Coaches • Yoga Instructors • Mentors • Teachers • Caregivers \nWe will explore:\n✨connecting to voice\, breath\, emotions and felt sense of body with sound making\, group reflection and gentle movement (dress comfy and in layers)\n✨connection with others over the three sessions\, building trust and safety to explore our authentic voices in the world and how they can truly shift us and affect others. We will feel that impact!!!!!!\n✨how to off load stress using our voice from moment to moment as we walk through life and to stay more present while working closely with other humans.\n✨ with LAUGHTER\, JOY and SILLINESS at times!
