Grounding our energies and building clear intentions for a new, long term project that is tapping into our true calling. More to come as we gain clarity. ✨✨✨ This is terrifying and so vulnerable even as I continue to get clear messages that I’m on the right track! I haven’t stopped writing or working on that one woman show, in fact, the process of birthing these ideas simultaneously is fueling each other. Stood in the steady, cold rain 🌧 this morning w Stood in the steady, cold rain 🌧 this morning with my warm drink ☕️, chilling my skin and curling my locks. It’s been a week. I’m dipping into a well of finding deeper compassion, flexibility and necessary boundaries, and for the first time am consistently asking, “where am I in this interaction?” So I don’t lose myself in it all. Sometimes I need to ask for help, support, an ear to simple listen and witness my word vomit. Sometimes I forget that! Thank you @luchekowsky and @drpetralia for this gentle reminder yesterday and offering to pick up that phone call 📞 if it came. I forget this sometimes. We have this one precious life. Lean in. Ask those in your circle to stay. To be present. Risk the vulnerability for the support and then actively return that energy into the world. Happy Wednesday, friends.

Here’s something you might not know about me. I Here’s something you might not know about me. I LOVE tap dancing! I did it for years and sometimes you’ll catch me “fake tapping” (as seen here! 😂) because my smile has run outta room to stretch and the joy energy needs to go somewhere. 🤣 I’m not sure there’s a more accurate way for me to explain that feeling…🤷🏻‍♀️🚀 So one story I’ll be writing is about me tapping. Little me. Short and stout, built like a fire plug, bedazzled in a sequined stretchy outfit, in the front row singing my face off and dancing to beat the band. I’m clearing my schedule in the next week or so to take drop in lessons at @sacballet. So feel free to check that schedule, grab those tappers and join me in the fun!
